The penalty for delivering or manufacturing 25 grams or less is up to one year in prison and a fine of up to $1,000. The penalty increases to one to one and a half years in prison and a fine of up to $5,000 for amounts higher than 25 grams. Delivering or manufacturing more than four ounces of marijuana is punishable by one to two and a half years in prison and a $5,000 fine.
